MEDICINE and SURGERY: deal with The structure of human body(anatomy) function (physiology) metabolic activities (biochemistry) of human body. This enables them to treat any malfunction through drugs and Surgical procedures. They also have the basic knowledge Of all other medical field.

DENTISTRY: is a branch of medicine that is involved in the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions of the oral cavity, commonly in the dentition but also the oral mucosa, and of adjacent and related structures and tissues, particularly in the maxillofacial (jaw and facial) area.

MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE: (MLS) (also referred to as a clinical laboratory scientist (Honors) or Medical laboratory technologist ( Old name for simple Bsc degree holder) is a Pathology based healthcare professional who performs complex chemical, hematological, immunologic, histopathological, cytopathological, microscopic, and bacteriological diagnostic analyses on body fluids such as blood, urine, sputum, stool, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), peritoneal fluid, pericardial fluid, and synovial fluid, as well as other specimens. Medical laboratory scientists work in clinical laboratories at hospitals, physician"s offices, reference labs, biotechnology labs and non-clinical industrial labs.

NURSING: is the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, facilitation of healing, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations.

PHARMACY: deals with study of drugs, manufacture of drugs and sales with dispensary of such drugs. This i termed second best (but nt in nigeria) with branches in pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry.

OPTOMETRY: is a healthcare profession concerned with the eyes and related structures, as well as vision, visual systems, and vision information processing in humans. Optometrists are trained to prescribe and fit lenses to improve vision, and in some countries are trained to diagnose and treat various eye diseases.

PHYSIOTHERAPY: help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.The profession helps to encourage development and facilitate recovery, enabling people to stay in work while helping them to remain independent for as long as possible.

RADIOLOGY/ RADIOGRAPHY: The branch of medicine that deals with diagnostic images of anatomic structures through the use of electromagnetic radiation or sound waves and that treats disease through the use of radioactive compounds. Radiologic imaging techniques include x-rays, CAT scans, PET scans, MRIs, and ultrasonograms.

VETERINARY MEDICINE: is the branch of medicine that deals with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease, disorder and injury in non-human animals. The scope of veterinary medicine is wide, covering all animal species, both domesticated and wild, with a wide range of conditions which can affect different species.

HUMAN ANATOMY: it deal with the study of the structure of the human body
